We are committed to keeping our  conference an intimate affair and praying for over 100 men, women and youth.  We are seeking vendors who have products that will meet every age group.  Our  attendees are looking for exceptional beauty, health, fashion, fitness, financial and educational products. 

Vendor Packages Include:

  • 6’ skirted table and two chairs
  • Listing on Conference website
  • Listing in Conference program
  • One conference registration for vendor with access to lunch, keynotes & breakout sessions

When are the exhibit hall hours?

The exhibit hours are Saturday, April 4th from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm .These times are subject to change.

What kinds of exhibitors do you accept?

We accept exhibitors whose product and services align with our attendees. Due to limited exhibit space, we are only accepting vendors with products.  We will not be accepting vendors with services only at this time.

How do I become a vendor at the SIR?

Complete the Vendor portion of the registration and submit with full payment.

What is the deadline to apply?

Vending tables are available until sold, however we do have a very limited number of tables available . Therefore, it’s highly recommended to apply sooner than later.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

The cost for a table is $40.00

Can I serve food/beverages at my booth?

Vendors that have health food (protein bars, drinks, etc) products can provide for taste testing. However, there is no food or cooking allowed.
